This may sound like an Ad, trust me it isn't I don't write these often, as I'm rarely impressed, and my time is too valuable. Fencing isn't cheap anymore, so I shopped the market thoroughly and it paid off. I selected Dave who immediately came up with some creative solutions for a challenging installation and he executed it flawlessly.
He is a pleasure to work with, highly attentive, and detail oriented. His install rates are very competitive, and he found excellent material prices. I had a small job but Dave made me feel no job is too small. He provides a rare find these days 'Customer Service' and an honest price. I have a bigger project in mind and when the time comes I will be calling Dave. I did call other companies but their price was no competition to Dave's. One didn't even show up.  Dave's attention to detail and giving the client what they asked for is right on the money. I was impressed by the way he came in and worked until the job was done. He built the style fencing to my specifications with a roll gate that seemed to disappear when it is closed. My neighbors came by and had great things to say on how beautiful it looked. His prices are very competitive and some might say extremely fair. I recommend Dave's work to anyone looking for the perfect fence to fit their needs. We are very happy. – LuisLoraine 3-06-2011 Thumbtack.com    Dave manufactured, assembled and installed a metal fence (cast iron picket style) for us that is outstanding and regularly receiveds compliments from people coming by our property. We have a large circular driveway that required two separate electrically operated swinging gates, one of which is 20 feet wide. The fence and gates were installed on schedule and on budget and Dave comes by periodically to check on it and make sure that the gates are working properly. We would recommend Dave to anyone who needs fencing. In addition to the cast iron fence, Dave has also installed chain link fencing for us. I called several and got little if any response until I called Dave. I was immediately responded to and asked politely what my needs were. After explaining what we needed, he explained what he could do since my fence was a little unusual. I wanted him to complete a backyard fence I started and add another fence on the side of our house to give our new dog a place to roam. Dave was on time and within my budget. He was done in two days and worked into the night to finish. He is truly amazing and I felt very fortunate to have found him. You can take it from me, Dave is the real deal. It worked out great, he arrived early for his appointment, very professional and offered us several different options, without trying to push the most expensive fence. The fence installation was great, he did the job in a timely manner and even had solutions to keep the dogs from digging UNDER the fence. Hiring someone you find on the internet can be trouble, but right from the start I knew Dave was a professional. He arrived for my estimate 5 minutes early, and he presented himself as a person who takes his business seriously, and takes pride in his craft. His price was only about $50 more than another bidder, but his professionalism was worth a whole lot more than that. Dave installed about 200 ft. of 6 ft wood fence, and a gate at one of my rental properties. The work was 100% perfect! There was a big tree on the property line where the fence was to be installed. Dave brought the fence right up near the tree, and made it look like a custom fence done by a true craftsman. See for yourself, the picture is on this webpage.
